The band was formed in Los Angeles and consists of Julio Federici on the vocals (King of Bones), Mika Jaxx on the guitar (Sioux 66 and React), Gui Bodi on the bass (Disciples of Babylon and Artur Menezes) and Boll3t on the drums (Aboleth and Hecatombe). In 2019, Area 55 debuted their first single 'Far Away', releasing its music video short after, showcasing LA's remarkable skyline.
